With holidays and everyday life, finding which foods you can eat and which you should avoid can be tough. With the Super Bowl around the corner, you may be wondering if you can enjoy a Super Bowl watch party? The answer is of course you can! First thing’s first, which foods are off limits? Stay off and avoid these types of foods.
